The Club was formed in 2001 by some players who wanted a club to be run correctly, enthusiastically and open to discussion. The players are aged from 18 to 45. We have committee meetings once a month and the AGM is held at the end of the season with a presentation evening.

We started to play in the Westmorland League in season 2001/2 in the fourth division. In 2002/3 we were promoted as champions and won the Rosthwaite Arabian Cup. We were also presented with the Best Performance Club by the Westmorland League.

In 2003/4 season we started a Reserve side and they entered the Westmorland League in the fourth division. Also at the end of this season the First team were promoted to the second division.

In 2004/5 season the First team won the Mason & Freeman Cup.

In 2005/6 we lost two crucial members of management for the First team. This was a transitional season for the First team however the Reserves got to the final of the Rosthwaite Arabian Cup and just missed out on promotion.

In January 2007 we achieved (Senior) Charter Standard Clubs status.

In 2006/7 season the First team were in consistent and finished mid table in the league however the reserves got to the final again of the Rosthwaite Arabian Cup and just missed out on promotion again.

In Summer 2007 Mark Simpson won the coach of the year in Westmorland and went to Newcastle to see if he could win the North of England coach of the year, however he did well against more qualified coaching and finished third!! He is also studying at the moment to become a Level 2 coach.

In October 2007 Both Phil Graham And Mark Simpson Passed The Level 2 FA Coaching Certificate
